Former Director, Customer Experience to lead WrightPlan’s business operations and strategic growth as Vice President, Operations and Customer Experience.

A proven thought leader

Randa Fernandes is a software industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience helping businesses across various markets leverage emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth.

Since joining WrightPlan in 2023, she has already proven herself an industry thought leader, sharing her expertise and knowledge as part of the panel on Utilizing New Crane & Rigging Technologies during the 2023 SC&RA Crane & Rigging Workshop.

In her new position as Vice President, Operations and Customer Experience, Randa will have a greater focus on WrightPlan's business strategy, product direction, internal processes and overall company growth, all while continuing to lead its customer experience and solutions delivery.
