The all-new WrightPlan Field Solutions app is here and ready for prime time! The app is completely redesigned and has been in beta for over 9 months with hundreds of field workers and it has already yielded excellent results.

The new Field Solutions app brings the office to the field
The app delivers drawings, lift plans, permits, instructions and any other job documents that you deem necessary for the field. When you are attaching a document to a quote, job, or work order, and you determine it’s important for the field to see it, simply check a box and it will synchronize with the app.
Completing the necessary site docs has never been easier!
Field Solutions gives employees an easy method to fill in and submit all their site documents in real-time. “Now we can see every field document in one place, such as Proof of Delivery, Driver Vehicle Inspections, and Pre-task Planning. If anybody needs information, rather than going to three or four people in the organization to try and find it, they only need to go to WrightPlan and it's all there,” said Zander.
Eliminate paper timecards!
Collecting time from the field can be a challenge. Paper timecards get damaged, handed in late, making it difficult to catch errors, causing a lot of duplicate data entry. But with Field Solutions these problems go away. “Field Solutions has streamlined our company’s process by eliminating unnecessary steps such as re-entering times manually from timesheets. You can easily see who has not submitted time and follow up quickly to get that information,” said Zander
